How To Help Your Body And Soul Trough WAWE X

Today, I found this article by Dr. Kathy Forti about the changes happening  in and on our planet right now including every organism, what is called WAWE X or THE EVENT HORIZON.

My body most definitely feels like in some kind of a transformation state with bad sleep, painful emotions and physical dis-ease.

Dr. Forti suggests:

Take care of yourself. Your cells are already feeling the energy change. No sense fighting it. It will be interesting to see what emerges for us all.

Oh, yes! That's exactly what I'm doing. And asking for help whenever I need.

 This week, I'm making beaded beads again thanks to a lovely customer from Austria.
