How to Believe on Demand

Do you know what you want to experience in the future?

How sure are you on the scale of 1 to 10 that it will come true?

Is it hard to believe that nice things that you want will happen to you?

I know where you are. Been there, done that, and bought a bunch T-shirts.

For a very long time, I could not understand how people can believe something on demand.

I could believe what seemed believable and only hope what seemed less believable even on a good day.

But even the Bible seemed to suggest that we can ask for what we want and receive it IF WE BELIEVE IT (Mt. 8, 5-13; Lk 18, 1-8; Jm 13-18 etc.).

Not to speak about all the Law of Attraction teachings.

In the 40 years of my spiritual quest, I had come far, even experienced more than one personal Christ revelation, but believing that I will experience what I want was still a closed chest.

And then, it just sprung open: a friend mentioned Neville Goddard, I googled him, started reading, and BAM! I knew how to believe and consciously create my future!

It turned out believing is FEELING as if the desire HAS BEEN FULFILLED already.
And there is no doubt I can do that. :)

Now, I am enjoying consciously creating all kinds of experiences for myself and others more and more easily and naturally.

And having so much fun with it!

And helping others to learn that, too!

I have created two Facebook groups for that: Success Without Stress With Rita JC and Optimal Health With Rita JC .

Feel free to join us according to what you want to change now: you financial situation or your health.

Or schedule a FREE chat with me here and let's talk!

I Don't Know What I Want

Working through the first microdegree in the Entrepreneur Mentor Certification Program, I had a profound experience today.

I discovered that there is still a huge resistance in my human system to honest wanting, wishing, or asking for something for myself.

While growing up, the human system has experienced the excruciating (mostly emotional) pain of not getting what I honestly and passionately wanted or of paying dearly after getting it.

So, the energy in my body responsible for its safety and integrity is doing everything possible to prevent me from even knowing what I want.

Those energetic assumptions are still very powerful and painful, but I'm transforming them using EFT, Ho'oponopono and Inner Reconciliation.

Interested to get to know more about what I do exactly and what are the results?

My New Life Begins

After listening to this recording with Jim Rohn I realized, what I have been doing at least for the last couple of decades: creating the final part of this lifetime that might bear the title "My Poor Old Age".

And I have been extremely successful at that.

Sitting with that recording, I decided to choose a different story for the coming years of this life.

I am not really sure about the title yet, but the direction is clear for me: a prosperous and deeply satisfying last part of this lifetime for myself and the world a better place for the generations to come.

The first step that I took was jointing a unique certification course at the Entrepreneur Institute and making the first of  the 12 payments for it.

It started today and is resonating completely with my longing to organically combine deep spirituality with successful entrepreneurship.

I still have more than 2 weeks to experience it and to drop out if it doesn't feel right to stay.

But, for now, I am expecting it to work and bring desired changes into my experience.

And make the whole world a more harmonious and enjoyable place by the ripple effects of that.

Since the beginning of the year, the main focus of my journey has been on the transformation of my relationship with money and business.

Lots of old wounds and beliefs have been making this relationship a constant battle field and roller coaster for decades.

Lots have healed and transformed already during these past 6 months.

Now, it feels like I have stepped into a parallel universe with a very different me and circumstances I create.

Feels rather scary but very exciting at the same time. And I'm really curious about what comes next.

Five days ago I purchased 2 new domain names, paid for one year of website hosting, and engaged my youngest son in creating a new blog for me.

As soon as it is active, I will invite you to follow me over there and become part of my journey into this new expansion of consciousness.

3 Myths About Your Body Busted

Myth #1: My body is a solid object existing in the borders seen with my physical eyes.

First of all, is there anything as we see it with our physical eyes? (Technically, we even see more with our brain than with our eyes, but that's a topic for another time.)

You might remember from basic school physics that science postulates that every "object" consists of particles that we call atoms.

And that every atom consists of a nucleus and electrons spinning around it. And that more than 99.94% of what we call the atom's mass is in the nucleus.

The electrons are pure energy spinning around the nucleus at such a distance that, f.i, if you put a golf ball in the middle of a soccer field and include the parking, you get an atom.

So, every particle our bodies consists of is physically speaking empty space and energy moving in it in a particular way.

Myth #2: A particular diet, medication, exercise etc. works the same for all human bodies.

Is it really believable that there is, ever has been, or ever will be another body exactly the same as mine?

There is no doubt that there are some basic features common to all what we call human bodies. They allow us to see them as such and to distinguish them from other bodies. But that's about it.

So, it's only logical, that there is no medication, no procedure, no food, no exercise that impacts all human bodies the same way. Each of them is unique and requires unique care.

And not only that. Our bodies are changing all the time. Cells are constantly dying and being replaced with others. The body I go to sleep with is never the same I wake up with.

So, the effect some food or medication has on my body today can be quite different from the one it had a month or a year ago.

Myth #3: Diet and exercise are the most important factors ensuring the well being of my body.

What we put in our bodies and how much and in what way we exercise them is extremely important. There is no doubt about that.

But have you ever observed people who are thriving even though they are eating mostly junk-food or not exercising at all?

Or somebody who is trying to live and eat as healthy as possible but getting sick all the time or battling nasty chronic illnesses?

Have you ever heard of the placebo or nocebo effect?

It turns out that what we think, believe, expect, and, especially, feel, impacts our bodies much more than what we physically put into them or how much and in which way we move them.

Did this get you into thinking? Would you like to understand your body better?

Would you like to explore effective ways of healing your body or keeping it healthy?

Why I dance Argentine Tango and recommend it to my clients?

Do you like dancing? Are you doing it regularly?

It can be a wonderful complex exercise, if you like moving to music.

It involves physical movement, coordination, balance, and the emotional component of letting music be expressed and visualized as movements of your body.

It always is the best to do the kind of work-out that you really like and are waiting for the next opportunity to do.

That means there is a great chance you will do it regularly and for a long period of time. And that is what you want, right?

With time, dancing can become much more than just a physical workout and have deeply spiritual and quite therapeutic effects.

Especially, if it is Argentine Tango. Even if it is not the deepest and most traditional one it can still be very beneficial for you.

In the deepest version, it unravels and puts you together at each tanda (a sequence of 4 tangos danced with one partner).

And it happens in an extremely close embrace with a person of the opposite sex.

In the best version, it is an improvisation moment by moment inspired by the emotional music of Argentine Tango, translated by the leader (man) and consummated by the follower (woman).

During a good tanda with the right partner, it can be a whole life lived in 10 to 15 minutes.

One of the crucial aspects is that the most important part of this conversation without words happens in the upper part of the body, on the level of heart, where the connection of the two bodies is the closest and most stable.

Argentine Tango is even used in the psychiatric practice and, in some psychiatric wards, tango classes are organized regularly.

I started learning and practicing Argentine Tango 11 years ago and was fortunate to learn from Chan Park and Ruben Terbalka.

For seven and a half years, after a relationship, that didn't work out, I lived without this practice.

But, exactly one year ago, I started missing the deep experience again and was happy to find the traditional Argentine Tango still alive in my town.

Now, I am participating in a milonga every Thursday.

It:
1. provides me with a complex physical exercise to a very emotional music,
2. meets my needs for belonging, intimacy, and physical contact (with the opposite sex),
3. meets my spiritual need for deep moment by moment meditation witnessed and stimulated by another human being.

Once a month, together with friends, I go to another town to deepen the experience with complete strangers.

But they don't stay strangers for long as such a deep experience builds wonderful mature friendships.

Are you interested and want to know more about this practice?

You can leave a comment here, contact me on Facebook or over e-mail (ritajc[at]inbox[dot]lv) or schedule a FREE call and let's talk!

How To Reduce Harmful Stress In A Way That Is Perfect For You?

Just discovered this great video about stress.

It's by MD Mike Evans and there are hardly any medical docs or healers who wouldn't agree that stress causes most if not all mental and physical illnesses and uncomfortable conditions.

Dr. Evans explains the mechanism of stress, how it impacts our well-being, and offers a whole palette of great ways of reducing harmful stress in our bodies.

What is missing in this video is the HOW?

How to change my thinking?  (And is thinking actually the key?)

How to change the general attitude from pessimism to optimisms?

How to start believing that I have more control over my life?

How to know what level of stress is good for me and what - harmful?

How to know where to get the help which would work for me?

Do you have a suspicion that stress is causing a chronic or recurring painful condition in your body?

Would you like to get the missing peace of the puzzle?

How To Enjoy Making Decisions

Decision making has always meant some level of fear to me. The more important the decision, the more intense the fear.

Even after knowing deeply that there is not such thing as ultimate mistakes, that everything is just a part of the journey for me and for everybody involved, it didn't get much easier.

And, after making a decision, there was always some fear that it was the "wrong" one.

I know now that it comes from the conditioning deeply ingrained in my nervous system, that "mistakes" are real and their consequences - painful.

What else could it learn growing up as a child who wanted nothing more than make everybody around it happy but never succeeded completely?

It has taken me decades, first, to discover this conditioning, then, to accept it for what it was: the instinct of self-preservation of the body/person, and, then, many sessions of Inner Reconciliation to help the nervous system to unlearn the conditioning.

Lately, I am asking: "What is Love wanting to do through me now?" again and again, moment by moment.

And feeling/hearing the answer much clearer than before.

Especially, since I am paying attention to if it feels loving to my body/person, when I do something "for others".

So, some fear is still there, especially, with "bigger decisions" and as long as I am still living together with my two youngest kids.

But paying attention to feelings and sensations in my body, questioning the beliefs behind them (which is what Love often wants to do through me) let's my nervous system relax and even enjoy the process of making decisions.

And helping others to do the same and seeing how it works for them creates even more joy in my experience.

I would love to help you, too. Schedule a FREE session with me to see, if I can. :)

Why Is Manifesting Such A Struggle For Me?

Have you known about the Law Of Attraction for some time already?

Have you listened to audios with Abraham-Hicks and other teachers of it, read books, and maybe even participated in some courses to make use of it in your life?

And the more you tried the more frustrated you got?

Until even knowing what you want became a struggle?

Yeah, I hear you loud and clear. Because that's what happened with me as well. :)

Yesterday, I re-watched this video by one of my beloved teachers GP Walsh.

And realized, that GP formulated precisely, what I was missing in all the Law of Attraction teachings I had listened to so far (and believe me it's a huge lot):

"What we really want to manifest, is the desire to be content, to be happy, to be free, to be safe, and to be connected.

And to feel, that that is the truth for everyone, that nobody is excluded from this great Universal Benevolence.

This is what we really want."

This is, what I was missing: the certainty that what I want and manifest is serving all of creation.

Like St. Augustine said: "Love and do what you want." But why is it such a struggle? Because of unconscous limiting beliefs blocking the Source of Love and Happiness in us.

As a certified Inner Reconciliation coach, I help people to discover and dissolve those beliefs, and to free the Source/God energy inside them for unlimited unapologetic happiness.

I have a couple of free spots on my schedule here. Take one and let's look at our options. :)

The Right Question

There is a situation around my seventeen years old daughter right now: she's alone outside the country without a return ticket and having a slight health issue.

She's a smart young woman and I'm sure she's handling it. I support her as much as I can from here, more precisely - as much as she lets me.

I don't think or worry much about it, as I know, that my worries would help neither her, nor me.

But every morning, before I'm completely awake, I start seeing horror movies in my imagination about me "losing her".

The emotions I'm experiencing feel like foreigners in my body, because I don't even believe in the possibility of actually having and losing somebody or something any more.

This morning, I even started crying because of the intense feeling of fear and powerlessness.

So, I sat with that energy, showed my understanding and compassion towards it, thanked it for making me a good mom and putting her needs before my own day in and day out all these years, while tapping on my collarbone.

I tried to help that energy to understand, that I don't "have" my daughter , so, it's impossible to "lose" her, that this irrational fear is not helping anybody in the current situation. That didn't change much.

But then, I had a slight hunch, that it's not "my" energy, that it just showed up in my body because it is stuck and needs my help.

So, still crying, I asked the energy: "Dear friend, would you be willing to return into the flow?"

And got the answer: "With pleasure!"

Poof! All the intense irrational feelings were gone. I could dry off my tears and start my day.

Are you feeling overwhelming emotions and feeling stuck in them?

Would you like to enjoy your life with more freedom, power and joy?

The Fear Of Growth

Last week, I stumbled upon this article by Ravi Mattu from ft.com.

It touches one of the fears entrepreneurs experience, when starting out:

What if the business grows (and I kind of want that) too fast?
Ravi Mattu words it like this:

"Setting up a company is hard. You need to come up with a business plan, find investment, sort out legal and regulatory issues and then find enough customers or clients to pay the bills. And that is just the start.

But what happens when a company grows? It requires more structure and processes, making it harder to remain nimble and innovative. This is especially the case in the internet age, when companies can scale up so quickly that it is hard to manage the process."

Experts suggest keeping a business as small as possible as long as it goes. Ravi Mattu shares their insights as well as a couple of case studies, how successful large companies manage their growth to stay innovative and flexible. Continue reading here.

Now, you have some knowledge about how to handle the potential growth of your business. And I hope this makes your fear around it less intense.

If it is still substantial and holding you back from even creating your new business, please, don't hesitate to schedule a free call with me here to deal with it.

17 Ways of Building a Six-Figure Business for Less Than $100

Are you broke or almost there? Or even in debt?
Do you have a business idea, but no money for the start-up?
Are you helping people, but don't know, how to monetize your gifts?

Then you are on the right place.

Today, I want to share with you this article buy Chris Guillibeau, who visited every country in the world and studied more than 1,500 micro-businesses.

In the intro Chris writes: "I wanted to hear from all kinds of businesses–both offline and online–to decipher what made them so successful. How did they get started? What helped them grow into significant, reliable sources of income? How can you increase odds of success?

After much effort, a small team and I narrowed down the case studies to a subset of 70 that I focused on for final analysis. All 70 people had created freedom for themselves: new income and a completely new way of life. There are formulas."

In this article on Tim Ferriss' blog, Chris shares a list of 17 most important lessons learned from that analysis.

I'm pretty sure, you can use a couple of them to start your own micro-business TODAY, that might change your whole life.

After you reed it feel free to share your ideas and questions in the comments.
