In my experience of almost 60 years, I have discovered, that there is one key to every conscious change in our lives: the conscious manifesting of the desired experience.
Until we master how to assume the inner state of being the person which is having the desired experience or already had it, any change and improvement is a struggle.
As long as I continue believing and feeling as the person who is trying to bring that change about, I cement that experience and perpetuate it.
It turns out, every experience comes from our (often unconscious) self-suggestions.
So, I go into a meditative state, connect to my true timeless and formless nature, get clear about my heart's desire, then imagine myself in the future.
What would I feel, think, and do, if my wish would have been fulfilled already?
As soon, as this state completely occupies my consciousness it is done.
The rest happens as if by itself: motivation is there, opportunities appear, resonating suggestions are heard etc. etc.

I Don't Know What I Want
I discovered that there is still a huge resistance in my human system to honest wanting, wishing, or asking for something for myself.
While growing up, the human system has experienced the excruciating (mostly emotional) pain of not getting what I honestly and passionately wanted or of paying dearly after getting it.
So, the energy in my body responsible for its safety and integrity is doing everything possible to prevent me from even knowing what I want.
Those energetic assumptions are still very powerful and painful, but I'm transforming them using EFT, Ho'oponopono and Inner Reconciliation.
Interested to get to know more about what I do exactly and what are the results?

How To Reduce Harmful Stress In A Way That Is Perfect For You?
Just discovered this great video about stress.
It's by MD Mike Evans and there are hardly any medical docs or healers who wouldn't agree that stress causes most if not all mental and physical illnesses and uncomfortable conditions.
Dr. Evans explains the mechanism of stress, how it impacts our well-being, and offers a whole palette of great ways of reducing harmful stress in our bodies.
What is missing in this video is the HOW?
How to change my thinking? (And is thinking actually the key?)
How to change the general attitude from pessimism to optimisms?
How to start believing that I have more control over my life?
How to know what level of stress is good for me and what - harmful?
How to know where to get the help which would work for me?
Do you have a suspicion that stress is causing a chronic or recurring painful condition in your body?
Would you like to get the missing peace of the puzzle?

Why Is Manifesting Such A Struggle For Me?
Have you known about the Law Of Attraction for some time already?
Have you listened to audios with Abraham-Hicks and other teachers of it, read books, and maybe even participated in some courses to make use of it in your life?
And the more you tried the more frustrated you got?
Until even knowing what you want became a struggle?
Yeah, I hear you loud and clear. Because that's what happened with me as well. :)
Yesterday, I re-watched this video by one of my beloved teachers GP Walsh.
And realized, that GP formulated precisely, what I was missing in all the Law of Attraction teachings I had listened to so far (and believe me it's a huge lot):
"What we really want to manifest, is the desire to be content, to be happy, to be free, to be safe, and to be connected.
And to feel, that that is the truth for everyone, that nobody is excluded from this great Universal Benevolence.
This is what we really want."
This is, what I was missing: the certainty that what I want and manifest is serving all of creation.
Like St. Augustine said: "Love and do what you want." But why is it such a struggle? Because of unconscous limiting beliefs blocking the Source of Love and Happiness in us.
As a certified Inner Reconciliation coach, I help people to discover and dissolve those beliefs, and to free the Source/God energy inside them for unlimited unapologetic happiness.
I have a couple of free spots on my schedule here. Take one and let's look at our options. :)

The Right Question
There
is a situation around my seventeen years old daughter right now: she's alone outside the
country without a return ticket and having a slight health issue.
She's a smart young woman and I'm sure she's handling it. I support her as much as I can from here, more precisely - as much as she lets me.
I don't think or worry much about
it, as I know, that my worries would help neither her, nor me.
But every
morning, before I'm completely awake, I start seeing horror movies in my
imagination about me "losing her".
The emotions I'm experiencing feel like foreigners in my body,
because I don't even believe in the possibility of actually having and losing
somebody or something any more.
This
morning, I even started crying because of the intense feeling of fear and
powerlessness.
So, I sat with that energy, showed my understanding and
compassion towards it, thanked it for making me a good mom and putting her
needs before my own day in and day out all these years, while tapping on my collarbone.
I tried to help that energy to understand, that I don't "have"
my daughter , so, it's impossible to "lose" her, that this irrational
fear is not helping anybody in the current situation. That didn't change much.
But
then, I had a slight hunch, that it's not "my" energy, that it just
showed up in my body because it is stuck and needs my help.
So, still crying, I asked the
energy: "Dear friend, would you be willing to return into the flow?"
And got the answer: "With pleasure!"
Poof! All the intense irrational feelings were gone. I could dry off my tears
and start my day.
Are you feeling overwhelming emotions and feeling stuck in them?
Would you like to enjoy your life with more freedom, power and joy?
Do you have questions about the technique I'm using?
Ask them in the comments here or on Facebook.

The Easy Way To Get Through Tough Times
Are you in some kind of transition that makes you feel not so well in your skin?
Well, I am. My one and only daughter and youngest child is moving out in 2 days being only 16.
And the emotions I experience feel sometimes too much to bear.
But the Universe is friendly as always. And is carrying me through moment by moment.
I'm just going with the flow and accepting it with great appreciation.
Never knowing which way the next piece of help will come.
Today, I had a really cathartic experience with loads of tears and dancing while listening to this.
Feel free to use it as it suits you. And let me know, if you need somebody to talk to.
That is the thing that's helping me the most. :)

How To Brake Free From The Grip Of Your Inner Storyteller
Today, I discovered this article by the well known scientist, speaker and author Brené Brown.
A bit of a long-ish read, but really worth it!
"Storytelling helps us all impose order on chaos—including emotional chaos. When we're in pain, we create a narrative to help us make sense of it. This story doesn't have to be based on any real information."
"Our stories are also about self-protection. "
"When we're under threat, we run. If we feel exposed or hurt, we find someone to blame, or blame ourselves before anyone else can, or pretend we don't care."
Does this sound familiar? It does, at least, in my experience, and only for 100%. :)
"But this unconscious storytelling leaves us stuck."
The greatest thing about this article is, that Brené offers a really effective technique to deal with our inner story teller. We need some time to get used to it and do it habitually, but it really works.
Most people might need some help at the beginning, because it is a change of the whole way your nervous system, mind and body operates, and it feels scary to start stepping of the painful, dysfunctional, but, oh, so familiar path.
And this is, where I and my colleagues step in. This is exactly, what we do as Inner Reconciliation Facilitators: we help people at the beginning of the path, that leads to much more happy and fulfilled lives.

How To Help Your Body And Soul Trough WAWE X

My body most definitely feels like in some kind of a transformation state with bad sleep, painful emotions and physical dis-ease.
Dr. Forti suggests:
Take care of yourself. Your cells are already feeling the energy change. No sense fighting it. It will be interesting to see what emerges for us all.
Oh, yes! That's exactly what I'm doing. And asking for help whenever I need.
And helping people to go with the flow. If you're having hard time coping with physical or emotional pain right now, click here and let's talk.

From Depression To Constant Bliss
Today, I stumbled upon these words by one of my teachers Jeff Foster.
YOUR FEELINGS HOLD INTELLIGENCE
There is beauty in doubt.
It keeps the mind curious, open, fresh,
away from the harshness of conclusions.
It keeps the mind curious, open, fresh,
away from the harshness of conclusions.
There is sacredness in sadness.
It keeps the heart soft, mellow, fertilised,
ready for the emergence of joy.
It keeps the heart soft, mellow, fertilised,
ready for the emergence of joy.
Even your anger is precious.
It brims with life, dignity, passion,
the longing to be heard,
to fight for those without a voice.
It brims with life, dignity, passion,
the longing to be heard,
to fight for those without a voice.
Do not push away any feeling;
make room for them, let them move.
Be their home, their sanctuary.
make room for them, let them move.
Be their home, their sanctuary.
- Jeff Foster
So beautifully put! And my experience shows me that it is absolutely possible.
But you might ask: "How can I do that? I don't like feeling doubt, sadness, and anger, because they tend to overwhelm me. I'd better get rid of them. But I have tried all kinds of techniques, and nothing brings permanent results."
I used to have the same struggles and was more than once just a couple of steps from suicide. But I found the way from misery to constant bliss and freedom.
And now, as a Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Inner Reconciliation Facilitator I am helping others to find that way. And I would love to help you as well.

"I know you just made resolutions, but don’t try to stop smoking. Don’t give up booze. Don’t throw out your pot. Don’t ditch the donuts.
While you’re at it, don’t join the gym. Don’t try to meditate every day. Don’t promise to get over your money issues. Don’t resolve to lose twenty pounds.
Don’t quit the job you hate. Don’t leave your deadbeat boyfriend. Don’t try to be a better mother/ daughter/ friend. Don’t give up internet porn.
Don’t finish that novel. Don’t sign up for that art class. Don’t declutter your house. Don’t get out of debt."
"What the heck? !!!" you might ask. Read until the end of Lissa's article and you will understand.
And, from my experience with myself, my children and my clients, I can really say she's right.
You might wonder how to accept yourself with those "bad" habits and even love yourself although you "did it again".

Relax and Let Me Help You
Today, I stumbled upon this article by Bronte Reilly about finding a healthy balance in her life.
Inter altem, she writes:
"It was only by giving myself permission to be less than perfect that I finally made progress. Here's what I did: I stopped trying to incorporate every philosophy from every book I read into my morning meditation practice, my yoga practice, my diet, my workouts. I didn’t stop taking advice. I just stopped trying to do everything at once."
How many of us are still trying "to do everything at once"and be "perfect" in all that we are doing, whatever our mind is suggesting that would be.
The article is compact and rich, and makes so much sense, at least to me.
As a certified coach, that's what I do: I help people to relax and find their way out of the dictatorship of their fears and beliefs.

The Tide Is Turning
Today, I stumbled upon this new 5D report from Lauren C. Gorgo.
I am not a paying member, so I just read the free part, and that resonated with me 100%.
I feel so ready for this:
"The tide is turning and in about two-three weeks time our lives will begin to pivot from merging to e-merging. The scenery shifts as the second half of this year presents to us the backdrop needed to recreate reality based on the truth of who we truly, divinely, authentically are…that which indubitably serves the higher plan. All that’s required is the courage to BE…unapologetically YOU."
And I'm happy to have my teacher, the irreverent sage, GP Walsh and my Inner ReconciliationTM buddies, with whom I can have sessions, that help me to align the energies in my body to my real "I".
The transformations we experience lately are really profound and miraculous!
And we are starting to help people outside our circle to find their real selves and become free for the authentic lives they came here to have.

To Create Fearlessly

Today, I stumbled upon this article with 10 great suggestions to help us create fearlessly.
What it's missing in my eyes, is the clarity about how to implement those 10 great ideas.
I'd say: Get some kind of friend/coach, who can help you to close the cleft between wanting to live differently and actually doing it.
And that I'd be happy to serve you as such, if you'd let me.

Have You Suffered Enough?
Since March 26, I am participating in the Inner Reconciliation Certified Facilitator Program of his Master Heart Institute.
And, for about a month, I'm regularly coaching my program buddies and other people helping them to stop suffering.
What an honor and pleasure to see how our sessions change people's lives for the best and to hear the great feedback!
Have you suffered enough? Contact me and let's talk! I know, I can help you.
P.S. I apologize to GP and to the ones I told, that I'm his student for 7 or 8 years already.
Have no idea, how I became really convinced about that.
I honestly thought there must be a mistake, when I re-checked and discovered, that it's much less. :)
Update: I think I know, how this happened: I was checking how long ago I got officially recognized as a Member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) at the same time a couple of months ago. :)

2 Great Calls
Today, I had 2 great calls and both - for free:
1. The first Coaching 101 Teleclass with Nick Bosk from the International Coach Academie .
2. The Target Market Zoomer Call with Joni Zander.
Both were great! What these experienced coaches shared with me and the steps they suggested, made me feel really confident about the path I'm on right now and about my next steps!
I feel so grateful!
P.S. Changed my image today. The hairdresser helped quite a load! :D

Moving Forward and Loving It!
Like I mentioned, I'm starting a new business as a life and business coach. Every day, I'm moving forward as much as possible and loving every minute of it!
Just had a wonderful coaching conversation with a lovely friend and entrepreneur, that was really fulfilling for both of us!
After reading of this article by Denise Duffield-Thomas, I'm really concentrating on decluttering and discovering more and more things I can let go!
For 3 days, I participated in a webinar with Michael Port and, now, I have so many great practical ideas, how to move forward even faster! YAY!
Grab a free session with me, while you can (e-mail: ritajc(at)inbox(dot)lv)! I'm on my way to the top of the coaching business! :D

Loads of Pondering
The last week has been full of deep pondering for me, as I am trying to figure out my path at least for the next couple of years.
I had my first couple of sessions as a life coach. Really loved them, and the clients seemed to feel much happier and be much more focused and productive after our conversations. One of them said: "This conversation made me very sad and joyful! (We worked with her grief.) It was positive!" The sessions are free for now. So, if you would like to figure out, if you and me are the right team to get you unstuck and move on in your life, feel free to contact me via e-mail: ritajc@inbox.lv or on Facebook to schedule a trial session.
There are still many decisions to make, before my new business is launched, but I am working on it every day and most definitely moving forward. And my Soul Art piece is helping me a huge load. As some of you know, I started it 10 days ago. It has changed more or less every day since then, and this is how it looks now. I call her my inner Mother Goddess.
The Soul Art process has revealed to me so many things about me and the question I wanted to get the answer to! I would really love to become a Soul Art certified guide, but there are so many other techniques I want to learn and get certified at. Decisions, decisions... :)
One of them is about the place of fine art in my life in the next future. If it is meant to be a business, I have to work more on the commercial side of it. But where to get the time and energy for that, if I am launching a whole new other business already? If it stays just a hobby, I have to stop investing so much in it and, most probably, going to the public studio. The place of that studio in my life is unclear in general. The atmosphere is wonderful and the mentor is really inspiring and supporting! But, as he says, he has almost nothing to teach me, as he sees me as a mature artist. And working in the studio makes the creating process unnatural and pretty hard for me. As we live outside the town, it takes time and money to get there. Mostly, we have chores to do before the studio time and I arrive there tired already. And, then, I feel this pressure to paint even though I might not feel, what the painting wants, because that is the "studio time" and I have payed for it. After those 3 hours, I feel dead tired and, sometimes, not happy with what I have added to my work at all. Then, I have to get home and get back to the studio the next day for another 3 hours (still tired from the previous day), because those are the times it is open. What comes naturally to me, is living with a painting for the time it is being created and adding to it when I feel what it wants. Mostly, it takes me weeks and a huge number of short sessions to channel something to the canvas. Another thing I miss in the studio are my supplies. I love to have them all around me to pick the one that feels right at any given moment . It's impossible to take them all to the studio, as we don't have a car and my son has to carry them on his back. And it's such a stress every time to gather them and to predict what I could need over there... For now, I am still going to it to keep company to my son, who needs to prepare for the enrollment exams into the art school but doesn't feel confident enough in the town yet. Decisions, decisions...
A couple of weeks ago, I started the largest piece ever over there (100x80 cm), as usually, with a layer of collaged paper scraps. These are some of the stages it went through so far. It has loads of circles in it, and, at one point, I covered it almost completely with a layer of the Chalkboard spray from The Tattered Angels Paint System.
This is, how it looks right now and I have no idea, what it wants.
To be honest, I liked all the previous layers better, than the current one, but that is nothing new for my creative process, right? The piece might be next to being finished. :D
I know, I know, the post turned out pretty huge. I would really love to make many small posts instead, thought about it every day, but couldn't bring me to it. Have no idea why.
I would really appreciate your ideas and suggestions about my struggles in the comments here or as a private message via e-mail: ritajc@inbox.lv or on Facebook.
