Many Birds With One Shot

For the last week or so, I was feeling pretty frustrated because I seemingly couldn't hold back from having snacks almost all day long, especially - in the evenings. And it went from healthy to much less healthy very fast.

And another development I was puzzled about was me not drinking enough water in spite of my knowledge about its benefits to the body and the symptoms of dehydration I recognized.

I asked my nervous system, what it's about, why is it happening. The first answer was: "You need to eat to become big and strong."

Then, we had a chat, and the system seemed to get that the world is different know, and that I have another kind of strength enough to manage my life.

But I felt that there was something else to it. Until it came during a silent meditation: it was about guilt.

The mind was quick with the "knowledge", that it was a "try to dampen the guilt I felt about my decisions that brought about the death of pets that were under my control".

But, when I looked deeper, I saw that this emotional, addictive eating was intensifying the feeling of guilt to bring it to my attention.

Because, after another unhealthy snack, I felt guilty for the damage that I caused to my body and the money I spent for it. Although I was seemingly powerless against that impulse.

Sitting in the silence, I realized, that my system was practically punishing itself for those decisions.

And, very soon, there came a reminder from the depth of my heart: those beings were supposed to be set free from their bodies at that exact moment in that exact way, and I was there to make those "decisions", because I was the one capable of that.

That lifted a huge weight from my shoulders.

The cravings haven't stopped, because the system always needs time to change it's assumptions and adjust to the heart's knowledge. And, sometimes, I still have some not so healthy snack.

But I'm not angry at the system any more. And I don't feel guilt about it. (Maybe a little bit.) Because I have decided to welcome those cravings and to use them as reminders to drink water. Feeling really good about that. :)

A Cool Job

Hi again!

I'm here to tell you, that, for now, I have a job that I'm really happy with. I'm transcribing audio files for GP Walsh, the "Irreverent Sage", as he calls himself.

Our "story" started in August 2013, when I was spiraling down into deep depression. I was seeking for spiritual remedies all over the internet and stumbled upon G and his home study course "Just Allow It".

It wasn't expensive at all. In fact, for that amount of content, it was almost free. But in my tough material situation, I had to scratch together all my reserves to pay for it.

And I haven't had the slightest regrets that I did. The course was wonderful with all the explanations and meditations!

It evoke in me the answers to my deepest burning questions, that none of the previous teachings had been able to. (And believe me, I have heard quite a load of them in the 40 years of seeking for the Truth.)

And as I saw G speaking and teaching in those videos and found some more information about him on the internet, I recognized, that that was exactly the way I had longed to live and to teach for all my life.

Since that time, we have stayed in contact, mostly - through e-mails. And G has gifted me with all his courses, that I longed to attend, but couldn't afford.

On one of those calls last summer, G literally saved my life with how he answered my question: Why not just quit it all if I feel like a mere burden to the world and everybody around me?

And how he used EFT to manifest a profound change in the way my body felt at that darkest moment of depression.

G has gifted me all his courses excerpt for the most profound, large course, that could possibly lead to my certification as a Inner Reconciliation facilitator, that I am really longing to be.

And, now, I get to transcribe all the calls from the last years certification course! How cool is that?!!! And G has even posted on Facebook, that I work for his Master Heart Institute.

Now, I'd love to know how your work life is going. Would you share a couple of lines about that in the comments, please?

Mind Works, Heart Just Shines

I have always known, that being, who I truly am (the beingness itself), is easy, but I really needed this reminder today :)

You know I always love to hear from you, right?

My Share for Today - Let's Spread Love

Yesterday, I stumbled upon this invitation by Louise Gale and thought to myself: Why not? Let's just relax and add to the happy vibrations on this planet! :)

Update: I was trying to feel happy and relaxed this week end, but my body was fighting a virus and my two teenagers didn't make it easier, so the spread didn't want to become "sunshine and roses and lollipops", no matter, how hard I tried to feel like that! :D
But than, on the Sunday evening I joined Effy Wild and my buddies from the Wild Precious Studio to our Church of Art with arting, chatting and loads of laughing. And this is, how this spread ended up: with funny glittery hearts (in all colors, so me: can never concentrate just on one or some of them :) and the wording: Sorry, dear virus, but my body has to kill you, so you don't kill my body :D
It's Monday afternoon here already, but I'm still grinning every time I look at the spread! :D
