That's because things have been changing in my world quite a bit and I was lacking clarity about what to post, especially after Facebook and Instagram completely banned any links from blogger blogs.
But now, a new website is in the makings and even more than that.
In this week's Conversation in the Light I shared more about what's happening in my world right now and part of my history.
The year long program I am talking about in the video is called My Million Dollar Experiment.
And the book is The One Book Millions Method by Mike Shreeve.

"How do you know when you're "done" with editing and it's time to release your book (whatever writing form) out into the wilds?
I've been in the editing mode for... oh about two years now... but
I'm beginning to suspect it's just an excuse to not actually publish
because I'm terrified. I personally think it sucks and I am also super
sensitive to negative criticism (and I know this is part of the realm
too). I can be "done" by the end of the year (going through last edits
for corrections) but I keep finding places where I could tweak this
word, or that word... they aren't really corrections like spelling or
grammar or punctuation or format. Again, maybe they are just delay
tactics?
How do you decide when your work is "done"?"
And this was my answer:
"Yes, this most definitely is an issue for many, especially - the ones
with less self-confidence. And, for decades, was part of my daily
struggle as well.
I remember my DIL shared with me what one of her art professors taught her:
"An artwork (and a book or actually any text or creation can be
included, right?) is never actually finished. At any moment, you can
pick it up and change it a bit again."
The stories that we tell ourselves about wanting to create something
if not perfect then at least decent/good enough, are just that: stories.
Our real struggle is with our identity, with who we believe we are,
what we are capable of, and how much power over our feelings and
identity we give away to "others".
But what if we are the ones creating all our future
experiences (including the reactions of others to our creative work) by
our (often unconscious) beliefs and expectations?
If that's the case (and it is) we can decide who we
really want to be in the future (loving, serving creative people with
appreciative following, f.i.) and live from that new identity.
Then, and
only then, we are able to follow our intuition that knows for sure when to stop tweaking our work (and making it all
about us) and releasing it into the loving hands and hearts of the ones
praying for it to become part of their experience.
I discovered this only about half a year ago and am still learning,
how not to spend too much time and energy in the old identity created by my old beliefs, but I'm
getting there.
And life is much more enjoyable and easy not only for me,
but for everybody around me already. So, I know from experience, it
works and it can be learned as any other skill."
Any questions? Just ask! I would be more than happy to answer.

Quit smoking in the hope of growing old. It takes a long time to write. People go to books for wisdom and older authors tend to have more of it.
Notice. If you're writing, you're a writer. If you're talking about it or thinking about it, I'm not so sure. Writing is ninety-eight percent work and two percent magic.
Plot comes first. The plot is the architecture of your novel. You wouldn’t build a house without a plan. If I wrote without a plot, it would just be a pile of bricks. Characters are your servants. They must serve your plot.
Pay attention to your passions. They are the key to starting and finishing the book you are meant to write. I don’t believe in talent. I believe in passion.
Close the door. Write with no one looking over your shoulder. Don't try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It's the one and only thing you have to offer.
You can do hard things. When I wrote The Poisonwood Bible, I would practice writing one scene from the viewpoint of each of the four daughters – until their voices started to sound authentic.
I research a novel six ways to Sunday. I don’t want to lie to the reader; I want you to trust me.
Makes totally sense to me. How about you? Let me know in the comments, please.
I'm really sorry for not posting regularly and not at all for the past two months. And I really appreciate your loyalty and understanding.
The case is, I needed some time to dive deep into my core being to figure out what's the next thing to do for me.
It wasn't easy, but I had great helpers, GP Walsh being the most substantial one of them. Hence the logo of his wonderful course on top of my side bar.
The Great Spirit literally saved my life through Greg's teaching a couple of times, and provided me with vital help and understanding of Who I Really Am.
Words fail me to express, how thankful I am for that.
And, now, I'm back here and ready to share regularly again. As I'm more in writing than painting right now, there might be more to read than to look at in the next future here. But we'll see, right?
Actually, I have painted (it was more playing with pigments than painting to be honest) last week, so there is something I can show you this time. :)

Translation projects, a couple of courses, and a respiratory virus with complications didn't leave me much time nor energy for creative endeavors. But I still managed to create at least a bit every day for the last week.
For the time being, it's knitting, that keeps my body occupied enough, so I don't start eating while watching my favorite TV shows at night. :)
A couple of days ago, I finished these mid season mittens for my daughter.
Now, I'm knitting a triangular lace scarf from an angora/acrylic mix yarn in white and fall colors. Stay tuned, if you want to see it finished! ;)
